Head for Junction 12, exit onto M3 toward Richmond/ Central London for 6 miles. At Sunbury Cross, take the 4th exit onto A308/Staines Road East heading to Kingston for approx half a mile Turn right at The Avenue, you will see the ground on the right after 300 yards.
