Joe Ansbro

Joe showed his versatility during his first season with London Irish appearing on the wing and at inside and outside centre.

With 11 Scotland international caps to his name, Ansbro made 14 appearances during his first season with the Exiles, scoring three tries.

He was named in the Scotland squad for the summer tour to Australia.

Joe joined from Northampton Saints, the Club he joined in 2006 whilst also studying for a Natural Sciences degree at Cambridge University. During his time at Cambridge he also played in the Varsity Match producing an impressive performance.

Joe will miss the 2012/13 season with London Irish after sustaining a neck injury in the club's final pre-season match against Munster in August 2012.
